Canticum Canticorum is een muziektheatrale samenwerking tussen ChampdAction en Collegium Vocale en Transparant, een ontmoeting tussen twee werelden: het hedendaagse experimentele veld en de diepe traditie van polyfonie waarin Collegium Vocale excelleert. De voorstelling herinterpreteert het Bijbelse Hooglied — een gedicht waarin een zwarte herderin haar onmogelijke liefde bezingt.
